All client information is treated as strictly confidential. Information will only be shared ethically and in accordance with legal requirements and the professional and ethical guidelines of the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners (ASCHP).

This may occur if there is a risk of serious harm to the client, a minor, or a vulnerable or disabled person, or where disclosure is required by law.
