Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To support both our clients and our counsellors’ time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and refund policy below:

• More than 24 hours’ notice:

• You’ll receive a full refund (100%) of your session fee.

• Between 12 and 24 hours’ notice:
  A 45% refund of the session fee will be provided.

• Less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments:
  Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

Cancellations can be made through our booking system or by contacting us directly. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
